Harry Otimos
Graduate Research Assistant
Harry Otimos is a Public Service Fellow and M.A. candidate at the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), specializing in democratic governance, energy security, and sustainability in Europe and Eurasia. He recently served as a Research Intern with the Brookings Institution’s Anti-Corruption, Democracy, and Security project, where he conducted research on authoritarian networks, beneficial ownership transparency, and anti-corruption efforts in Eastern Europe.
Before joining SAIS, Harry co-founded Youth Initiative, one of Greece’s largest non-partisan political youth organizations, dedicated to transforming grassroots activism into impactful advocacy campaigns for social and environmental justice. His background also includes work in the nonprofit sector at the Stavros Niarchos Foundation (SNF).
Harry holds a B.A. in International Relations with First-Class Honors from King’s College London.
